Frequently Asked Questions

What is omakase?

+

Omakase (お任せ) translates to "I leave it to you." Our chef curates a sequential tasting menu based on the day's finest market selection. You don't choose — you trust. Each piece is served one at a time, at the chef's rhythm.

What is your cancellation policy?

+

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will incur a 50% charge of the omakase plan price. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. We appreciate at least 72 hours' notice for changes.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

+

Yes. Please inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences at the time of booking. While omakase is chef-driven, we strive to accommodate when possible. Note that our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, soy, and gluten daily.

What is the dress code?

+

Smart casual to formal. We recommend avoiding strong fragrances (perfume/cologne) as they can interfere with the delicate aromas of the sushi. Jackets are welcome but not required.

Is photography allowed?

+

We welcome photography of your food. However, we ask that you refrain from flash photography and respect the intimate atmosphere of the counter. Please avoid phone calls inside the dining area.
